Following the Board meeting and lunch, there will be a presentation from EA Engineering, Science and Technology about Howard County’s compost facility including the most recent building construction. A tour of the compost facility located at Alpha Ridge Landfill, 2350 Marriottsville Road, Marriottsville, MD 21104 will follow the presentation.
