The SWANA Mid-Atlantic Chapter is offering the SWANA Managing Composting Programs training course on November 4-6, 2024 at Howard County Fire & Rescue Services, Conference Room #401, 2201 Warwick Way, Marriottsville, MD 21104.  This program will provide students with an understanding of composting programs from planning through design and operation of modern compost facilities.  The 3-day course consists of presentations by SWANA certified instructors, classroom exercises, case studies, a tour and field exercise at a local composting facility.    Please note that no Certification Exam will be offered at the conclusion of this course.
