Charles County Government is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead, monitor, and supervise the technical and professional tasks related to municipal solid waste programs, projects, and activities. This position will develop, implement, and execute strategies and goals to achieve better workflow processes, measures, and results. Superintendent will oversee contracts for household hazardous waste, litter control, yard waste processing, and curbside collection of recycling and yard waste. Serves as Charles County’s Recycling Coordinator for the Maryland Department of Environment (MDE).
